Sonja Stuetz, founder of DIYsystems is a certified Health and Life Coach as well as a Building Design Engineer (Master of Architecture and Building Engineering).
She specializes in a customized systems approach incorporating mindful awareness practices utilising art and music that turns stressful and unhealthy lifestyles around by developing strategies to guide you from stress to success.
Sonja’s mission is to help you find your ideal life balance by supporting you on your unique journey to design and construct your life.

My own journey taught me that without optimal health, life is compromised in all areas.
When I started out as a young professional, I wasn’t very confident. My lack of experience made me insecure, and the daily demands and pressure quickly became overwhelming.

After years of passionate research into nutrition, health, psychology and optimal performance, to help myself rediscovering the balance in my life, I have decided that it's time to turn this experience into practical knowledge that can help people to transform their lives.
When we experience life stressors, it is not uncommon for our lives to unravel. My great passion is helping people who have been or are going through a stressful experience to create new habits and healthy perceptions of themselves to achieve their goals.
